The request costs nothing
Submitting the form does not start paid work, reserve a fare or authorize a booking.
The proposal states the fee
The advisory fee covers the planning, route comparison, written proposal and booking coordination described in that proposal. The exact amount must be shown before you authorize the service.
Airfare is separate
The airfare, airline taxes and mandatory carrier charges are shown separately. The ticketing provider responsible for the airfare charge is identified before authorization.
If the scope changes
A major change to the trip may require a revised fee. TravelQuest must provide the new amount and obtain written approval before proceeding.
Refundability
The proposal must say whether the advisory fee is refundable and in what circumstances. The airline fare follows its own fare conditions. Read the complete changes and refunds policy.
Receipts and card statements
The payment authorization identifies the company making each charge and the statement descriptor expected for the TravelQuest fee. Online payment processing is not enabled on this website at present.
