Who charges my card, and what name will I see on my statement?
Two separate transactions appear. The airfare is charged by the airline and shows up under the airline's name. Our advisory fee is charged by us and posts as TRAVELQUEST. Both amounts are in your written quote before either is processed. No surprises.
How much is the TravelQuest advisory fee?
It depends on the complexity of the itinerary. Most bookings fall between $199 and $349. The exact figure is locked in your quote before you authorise anything, and it cannot change after you approve.
What if the airfare changes before I approve?
If a fare moves before you approve the quote, we send you an updated quote and you decide whether to proceed at the new price. Once you approve, the amount is locked. We never book at a price you haven't agreed to.
Who actually issues my ticket?
Your e-ticket is issued by an accredited ticketing partner within the airline's reservation system, not by TravelQuest. TravelQuest coordinates the booking and manages the process. We are not an accredited ticketing entity and we don't claim to be.
Are you affiliated with any airline?
No. TravelQuest is an independent agency with no airline affiliation, preferred carrier relationships, or financial incentive to steer you toward any particular flight.
Do I have to use you, or can I just book direct?
Booking direct with an airline is always an option. People use TravelQuest for itineraries that are complex enough that having an advisor watch the details is worth the fee: long-haul, multi-city, group travel, time-sensitive trips.
What are the cancellation and refund rules?
For bookings made at least seven days before departure, US DOT rules give you 24 hours after booking to cancel for a full airfare refund. Our advisory fee is also refundable within that window. After the 24-hour period, airfare refundability depends on the fare rules included in your quote. Our advisory fee is non-refundable once a ticket has been issued. Is my payment information secure?
We collect no card details on this website. When payment is enabled, card payments will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor, and we will not receive or store full card numbers.
