Refund & Cancellation Policy

Airfare. Refunds and changes for the airfare portion of your booking are governed entirely by the airline's fare rules, which we include in your written quote before you authorize payment. Many promotional or economy fares are non-refundable and non-changeable after purchase. We will clearly indicate the applicable fare rules in your quote.

24-hour right. For tickets purchased at least seven days before the scheduled departure date, US Department of Transportation rules require that you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund of the airfare to your original payment method, regardless of fare rules. To exercise this right, contact us as soon as possible at (844) 418-7283 or support@travelquestco.com. Do not wait until the 24-hour window is near closing.

Our service fee. Our service fee covers the research, preparation, and coordination work we perform at the time of your booking. The service fee is refundable in full if you cancel your booking within the 24-hour DOT window described above. After the 24-hour window has closed and your ticket has been issued, the service fee is non-refundable, as the work has been completed. If a booking cannot be completed due to an error on our part, the service fee is refunded in full.

How to request a refund or cancellation. Contact us at (844) 418-7283 or support@travelquestco.com with your booking confirmation number. We will review the applicable airline fare rules and advise you on what refunds are available. Eligible refunds are processed back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Airline-initiated cancellations & schedule changes. If an airline cancels your flight or makes a significant schedule change (generally defined as a departure or arrival shift of 3 or more hours for domestic flights, or 6 or more hours for international flights), you are entitled to a full refund of the airfare, regardless of the original fare rules. Contact us immediately if this happens and we will work with the airline on your behalf.

Before disputing a charge. If you do not recognize a charge or have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at (844) 418-7283 or support@travelquestco.com. Most issues are resolved promptly. Your statement will show the airline's name for the airfare charge and TRAVELQUEST for our service fee; these are two separate, itemized charges, both disclosed in your written quote before payment.
