No charge until you approve
You receive a full, itemized written quote first. You can ask questions, request changes, or walk away entirely. You pay absolutely nothing until you explicitly approve the itinerary and authorize payment.
Completion Guarantee
If we or our ticketing partner are unable to issue your ticket after a payment has been taken, everything collected — including the TRAVELQUEST service fee — is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds are processed promptly and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
DOT 24-hour right
For tickets bought at least 7 days before departure, you are entitled to a full refund of the airfare if you cancel within 24 hours of booking. (Note: Our service fee policy is detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
Transparent billing
You will never see a bundled, marked-up price. You pay the exact airfare (billed by the airline), and our separate service fee (billed as TRAVELQUEST). Both are disclosed in writing before you pay. Your e-ticket is issued by an accredited ticketing partner within the airline's reservation system, not by TravelQuest.
